Shipping Policy – Everlight Gifts

1. Processing Time
All orders are prepared and dispatched after payment confirmation.
Estimated processing times:

Standard orders: 2–4 working days

Personalised handmade items: may require up to 2 additional working days for preparation.
Note: Everlight Gifts does not sell video products. A small number of mystery box orders may be randomly selected for social media unboxing features.
Processing times do not include courier delivery time.
2. Delivery Time (After Dispatch)
Estimated delivery times depend on the delivery method selected at checkout.

Standard courier delivery: 5–8 working days
During promotions, holidays, or peak seasons, delivery may take 1–3 additional working days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier network capacity, or operational delays.

Other reliable national courier services integrated with our store may also be used depending on the delivery location and service availability.
4. Shipping Coverage
Everlight Gifts currently delivers to:

All major cities, towns, and regional areas within South Africa
Please note:

PO Box addresses are not supported. A physical street address is required.

Rural or outlying areas may experience longer delivery times depending on courier reach and accessibility.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

A tracking number via email, and/or
-
SMS tracking updates where supported by the courier.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch.
If you do not receive tracking details within 4 working days, please contact us for assistance.
6. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and shipping method.
Occasionally, free shipping promotions may be offered and will be clearly displayed on our store.
Please note:

Address corrections after dispatch may result in additional courier fees.

Redelivery requests may also incur extra charges.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Parcels
If there is an issue with your delivery:

Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Please provide clear photos of the parcel and the contents
Lost parcels

We will work with the courier provider to investigate and resolve the issue.
Delayed parcels

We will assist by requesting updates from the courier.
While we assist customers in resolving shipping issues, Everlight Gifts is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.
8. Returned Parcels Due to Delivery Failure
A parcel may be returned to us if:

An incorrect address was provided

The courier was unable to complete delivery after multiple attempts

A parcel was not collected from a locker or pickup point
If this occurs:

We will notify you once the parcel has been returned

Reshipping fees will apply to send the parcel again.
9. International Shipping
Everlight Gifts currently ships within South Africa only.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, customers will be responsible for:

Customs duties

Import taxes
-
Any additional international shipping charges.
